Account Supervisor

What you'll do

• Guide the day-to-day management of assigned accounts by working with a cross- departmental team to deliver top-notch work
• Manage internal and client expectations
• Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies across a multitude of
traditional and emerging channels
• Motivate a cross-departmental team to deliver top-notch work that delivers on the
creative strategy and drives measurable results
• Judge creative work with a critical eye when reviewing, as well as develop a strong agency POV
• Direct all aspects of client business from strategy through execution with attention to quality and detail and the foresight to identify (and circumvent) potential red flags
• Deeply understand, appreciate and influence brand insights, customer segmentation,
and target needs to assist in the development of thoughtful and strategic marketing
plans and executions
• Manage, mentor and lead a team of account service associates by providing coaching,
training and identifying areas for growth
• Serve as primary client contact with senior clients
• Have strong experience in digital/interactive
• Professionally manage client feedback, direction and expectations that results in trust-
based client relationships and YOY revenue growth
• Orchestrate partnerships with internal teams and external agencies to manage
priorities, schedules, and deliverables
• Provide accurate financial management of client business from scoping to forecasting
and budget reconciliation
• Deliver effective oral presentations (over the phone and in person) with poise and
confidence
• Support Senior Management in new business opportunities as needed

What you've done

• Four year degree, with emphasis in advertising, marketing, business, PR or related
studies
• 8+ years of experience at advertising agency or in corporate marketing
• Agency experience preferred
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office

Account Director

What you'll do

• Lead program execution throughout the entire creative process, working with clients, agency partners and internal teams.
• Manage assigned client relationships as the key point of contact for the day-to-day activity, meetings and additional needs; understand and interpret client needs into actionable direction for all teams and partners.
• Manage client feedback, direction and expectations that results in trust-based client relationships and YOY revenue growth
• Work effectively with a cross-departmental team to deliver top-notch work
• Managing internal and client expectations
• Lead and execute the integrated marketing strategies across a multitude of traditional
and emerging channels
• Understand aspects of client business (brands, products, services) and maintain
competitive set research
• Deeply understand, appreciate and influence brand insights, customer segmentation,
