When a local food journalist’s brother was diagnosed with MS, she hungered for a way to help. So, she invited a few of her chef friends to compete at a cookout in her backyard to raise money. J&S spread the word with juicy posters. Before long, Meat Fight became Texas’ fiercest BBQ brawl, bringing mega donations to the table for MS research.
