Media Release

I, for good and valuable consideration, hereby authorize Johnson & Sekin and its successors, assigns, affiliates and licensees to use my name, likeness in the form of a photograph or video of me, and other non-confidential identifying information (collectively the “Materials”), and to use the Materials in all media (through exhibition, distribution, reproduction, publication, display, advertising, promotion or otherwise), whether now known or hereafter developed. Johnson & Sekin may edit and/or present the Materials in whatever form it desires. Johnson & Sekin will own the entire right, title and interest existing in such Materials. Johnson & Sekin may use the Materials for purposes of advertising or trade. I hereby waive all rights under privacy, publicity, defamation, and proprietary rights relating to the Materials. Johnson & Sekin may transfer or license any of its rights hereunder.

I represent that I have the right to enter into this Release Agreement. I release, indemnify and hold Johnson & Sekin, its licensees, successors and assignees harmless against all claims, liabilities and expenses arising out of the breach of any of my representations or promises.
