The friendly gringos at On The Border know mucho about serving Tex-Mex fare with flair and would never let the tortilla chips fall where they may. So, when they asked us to give their 45-year-old brand new reasons to sizzle, we whipped up an attitude, look and feel as fresh as their tableside guacamole, inviting guests to bring out their inner fiesta.
